A

Abomination of Desolation
The Antichrist standing in the Holy Place of the Temple, declaring himself to be God. The event that marks the midpoint of the Tribulation. Jesus warned His followers to flee Judea when they see it.

Aleph-Tav
The first and last letters of the Hebrew alphabet. Jesus used this phrase in Revelation 22:13 (KJV): "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last." The three U.S. solar eclipses of 2017, 2023, and 2024 form these letters over America.

Antichrist
The "man of sin" who will arise in the end times. He confirms a covenant with Israel for 7 years (the Tribulation), breaks it at the midpoint, and exalts himself above all that is called God. Also called the Beast, the little horn, and the man of perdition.

Apophis (99942)
A 370-meter near-Earth asteroid that will pass closer than geostationary satellites on April 13, 2029 — a once-in-5,000-to-10,000-year event. Its potential connection to the Wormwood prophecy (Revelation 8:10-11 KJV) is examined in the context of the 2029 shemitah boundary.

Armageddon
The final battle where the kings of the earth gather against the Lord at the end of the Tribulation. The Hebrew "Har Megiddo" — the mountain of Megiddo in northern Israel. Christ returns and destroys His enemies with the sword of His mouth.

Babylon the Great
The world system of false religion, economic exploitation, and rebellion against God. Both a literal city and a symbolic system. Falls in Revelation 18 under the judgment of God. Her merchants mourn, but heaven rejoices.

Beast (the)
The Antichrist's political empire, described in Daniel 7 as four beasts and in Revelation 13 as a beast rising from the sea with 7 heads and 10 horns. Worshipped by all whose names are not written in the Book of Life.

Blood Moon
A total lunar eclipse that gives the moon a reddish appearance. Mark Biltz discovered that blood moon tetrads (four consecutive total lunar eclipses) fall on biblical feast days and historically coincide with major events for Israel. The next tetrad aligns with the 2029-2036 window.

Book of Life
The Lamb's Book of Life contains the names of all who have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. Those whose names are not found written in it are cast into the lake of fire at the Great White Throne Judgment.

Church Age
The period between Pentecost (Acts 2) and the Rapture — also called the "times of the Gentiles." A mystery hidden in the Old Testament (Ephesians 3:1-6 KJV), revealed through Paul. Not the same as Israel; distinct promises, distinct destiny.

Convergence
The point at which multiple independent prophetic teachers — using different methodologies (calendar, astronomy, mathematics, prophetic visions) — independently arrive at the same prophetic window: approximately 2027-2036.

Daniel's 70 Weeks
The 490-year prophetic framework from Daniel 9. Divided into 7 weeks (49 years), 62 weeks (434 years), and 1 week (7 years). The 70th week is the Tribulation. The gap between the 69th and 70th weeks is the Church Age.

Ephraim
The tribe of Joseph's son, representing the "fullness of the Gentiles" — a prophetic picture of the Church being grafted into the olive tree of Israel (Romans 11 KJV). Often used in prophetic teaching to illustrate the mystery of Jew and Gentile united in Christ.

False Prophet
The second beast of Revelation 13 — arising from the earth, performing miracles, enforcing worship of the first beast, and causing all to receive the mark of the beast. Cast alive into the lake of fire at Christ's return.

Feasts of the Lord
The seven appointed times (moedim) of Leviticus 23: Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement, Tabernacles. Spring feasts fulfilled at Christ's first coming; fall feasts await fulfillment at His return.

Fig Tree Generation
The generation that sees the fig tree (Israel) blossom — a reference to Israel becoming a nation in 1948. Jesus said: "This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled" (Matthew 24:34 KJV). A 70-80 year generation places the fulfillment window within our lifetimes.

Great Tribulation
The second half of the 70th week (3.5 years) after the Abomination of Desolation. The worst period of suffering in human history. The Antichrist persecutes Israel and those who refuse his mark. Cut short for the elect's sake (Matthew 24:22 KJV).

Great White Throne
The final judgment at the end of the Millennium. The dead stand before God, books are opened, and all are judged according to their works. Those not found in the Book of Life are cast into the lake of fire.

Harpazo
The Greek word for "caught up" or "snatched away" used in 1 Thessalonians 4:17 (KJV). Translated into Latin as "rapio" — from which we get the word "rapture." It describes the sudden, forceful catching away of believers to meet the Lord in the air.

Jubilee
The 50th year following 7 cycles of 7 years (49 years). A year of liberty — debts forgiven, slaves freed, land returned. The next jubilee (if cycles have been kept) would fall within the 2029-2036 window, aligning with the prophetic convergence.

L

Lake of Fire
The final destination of the Beast, False Prophet, Satan, and all whose names are not written in the Book of Life. The "second death" — eternal separation from God. Death and hell are also cast into it.

M

Mark of the Beast (666)
The mark of allegiance to the Antichrist, enforced by the False Prophet. Taken on the right hand or forehead. Without it, no one can buy or sell. To take it is eternal damnation. To refuse it is martyrdom.

Millennium
The 1,000-year reign of Christ on earth after His return. Satan is bound. The Tribulation saints reign as priests. The nations come up to Jerusalem for the Feast of Tabernacles. The seventh thousand-year Sabbath of creation.

New Jerusalem
The holy city descending from heaven at the end of Revelation. A cube of pure gold, 1,500 miles per side — the Holy of Holies expanded to cosmic scale. Its light is the glory of God and the Lamb. No temple, no sun, no sorrow.

Olivet Discourse
Jesus' prophecy on the Mount of Olives (Matthew 24-25, Mark 13, Luke 21) about the destruction of Jerusalem, the signs of His coming, and the end of the age. Also called the "Little Apocalypse."

Pre-Tribulation Rapture
The view that the Church is caught up before the 7-year Tribulation begins. Supported by the promise to Philadelphia (Revelation 3:10), the pattern of removal before judgment (Enoch, Noah, Lot), and the Feast of Trumpets connection.

Passover
The first of the spring feasts. Celebrated on Nisan 14 in memory of Israel's deliverance from Egypt. Fulfilled prophetically when Jesus was crucified on Passover as the Lamb of God.

Rapture
The catching away of believers to meet Christ in the air. Described in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 and 1 Corinthians 15:51-52. Seven raptures occur in the Bible for different groups at different times — pre-trib (Church), mid-trib (Two Witnesses), post-trib (Tribulation Saints).

Revelation (Book of)
The final book of the Bible — an "unveiling" (apokalypsis) of Jesus Christ, given to John on Patmos. Contains the messages to the 7 churches, the throne room vision, the seals, trumpets, bowls, and the new creation.

S

Shemitah
The 7th year (sabbatical year) in the Hebrew cycle when the land is to rest and debts are forgiven. The pattern of 7-year cycles that underlies Daniel's 70 weeks. The current shemitah cycle (5783-5790 / 2023-2029) ends on Rosh Hashanah 2029.

Sign of Jonah
The celestial sign of Revelation 12:1-2 — a woman clothed with the sun, the moon under her feet, crowned with 12 stars. Occurred on September 23, 2017. A sign (semeion) marking the generation that will see the end.

Tribulation
The 7-year period of Daniel's 70th week. Divided into two halves of 1,260 days each. The first half (peace), the second half (Great Tribulation). Concludes with Christ's return at Armageddon.

Two Witnesses
Two prophets (likely Moses and Elijah) who prophesy in Jerusalem for 1,260 days during the first half of the Tribulation. Killed at the midpoint, raised after 3.5 days, and caught up to heaven in a cloud (a mid-trib rapture picture).

W

Wormwood
A great star that falls from heaven at the third trumpet judgment, poisoning a third of the earth's fresh water. The Greek name means "bitter." Many connect this to the 2029 Apophis flyby — a celestial object that could trigger a catastrophic impact event.

Y

Yom Teruah
The Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah). The one feast whose day no man knows — the new moon must be sighted. Connected by many teachers to the rapture, which also comes at an unknown time. Begins the fall feast cycle and the most solemn season on the Hebrew calendar.
